Hotel Nirvana

I had no issues booking this hotel, no one asked me to pay in cash and I didn’t have to take any extra steps when I checked in. The room was a decent size for two people, with a fridge,( public microwave in the hallway), working tv, plenty of drawers, stand up mirror, and cups. The A/C could’ve been better, it could use a tune up. The Comforter/sheet did have a few “faded” stains, and there was a thong on the bathroom door … the shower water pressure was good and so was the sink. The hotel is kind of in a sus area but it’s really not that bad. We would get back at 1 or 3am and never had any major issues with local residents. There’s a few delis within a 8-15 min walk. parking is on the street but we got lucky! The people at the front desk were polite and gave us extra towels with no problem. I would definitely stay again but will ask for cleaner bed sheets.

We had a great stay Our room was nicely designed and very clean. Nice proximity to the subway, which zips you to the city in minutes. The front desk staff, whom I most appreciated, is very friendly and accommodating. A convenient and economical choice for short-term and business stays.

The hotel's location is quite good. For the first sight it may be looks a little bit scary, but the location with a lot of car services, car washes is fine, people are nice. The man at the reception was kind, helpful. He answered every question we had. We were satisfied with our room. We had big queen sized bed, big pictures of nyc on the wall, pretty bathroom. The only thing we didn't like in this hotel was breakfasts. They offered only toast, roll or bagel with cheese and butter, and some cereals. We missed some eggs, jam or sausage. But the orange juice was perfect! :)

Although it's a little far from the subway, I recommend this hotel. It's clean, good bed and good breakfast. It a new hotel, and has all necessary to stay in. You have in each room, Coffee or tea machine, hairdryer, and also an iron and iron board. About the neighborhood it's fine. Not the best, but OK.

Well, I had had great experience staying in this hotel. The staffs are welcoming, the room is clean, there is standard toilleteries in the bathroom, in my room have a coffee machine as a courtesy, TV with +30 cable channels, simple breakfast but if you're smart you can deal with it. There is a metro station 4 blocks away and a bus stop 3 blocks from hotel. There is pizzarias 1 block from hotel and other restaurants 3 blocks from it, inclusive a supermarket with very good prices. I had had a great nights and next time I'm in the town I'll be in it again.

Me and my family really enjoyed my staying in this amazing hotel!!! Break fast it is provided at 6:30 which is very important if you are interested to hang around NY very early. The doubled room we stayed was very clean everyday and what is more the place wasn't noisy. Staff in the front desk were very very nice, we arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to leave our luggage there and because we were so happy to discover NY we arrived about 2 am and our room was ready. It is near from the subway station Queens bridge or Queens Boro Plaza and if you need to take a bus ... Bus station is two blocks from the hotel that makes the location perfect !!!

I expected more from a 3 Star Hotel. The room didn’t feel so clean. There have been leftovers from other guests. (A little bit of trash) Also it was not clean behind the bathroom door. The staff is super nice, this is why i didn’t give 4 Stars. PS: we got a discount by paying with cash, consider asking.

We stay here whenever we visit NYC, staff is always helpful, kind, and the building is clean and well managed. It is a clean place to sleep with beautiful bathrooms and an easy Uber into Manhattan!

I had pleasant stay here. From reading other reviews, I probably got lucky. My room was small but adequate for a one night stay. The furniture was all modern and fairly new. The queen bed was comfortable, the AC kept me warm. The room also had a desk, chair, coffee maker, drawers and fridge. Bathroom was clean and had Bath & Body products. There's a subway stop 4 blocks so the location was convenient. Time Sq was about 10 minutes via R train. It's also very affordable about 100 to 150 per night. The bonus was the free breakfast. They had hot food, doughnuts, bagels, fruits, coffee and juices. Will consider to stay here again.

Stayed here lastnight and to my surprise it was awesome because some of these reviews says otherwise. The place was clean, room is well up to date and nice. The bathroom is very very clean and nice its small but nice and comfortable. The rooms are not the biggest but its new york so that’s very understandable. Will be returning again.
